Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the oz366 platform — including the website at oz366.app, any associated mobile applications, and all services offered therein — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplemental rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and oz366. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

oz366 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Age Requirement

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Geographic Eligibility

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on oz366. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is a serious breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, oz366 will close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any bonus funds or winnings generated across those accounts.

Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an active account on oz366:

• Persons under 18 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of oz366 or any affiliated entity, or their immediate family members.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from oz366 or from gambling services generally and whose exclusion period has not expired.
• Persons who have been identified as problem gamblers by oz366's internal risk management processes and notified accordingly.
• Any person accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

To open an account with oz366, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. oz366 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

During registration, you will be required to create a unique username and a strong password. Your password must be kept strictly confidential. oz366 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from oz366 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and notify us immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of financial crime, oz366 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. oz366 reserves the right to suspend wagering activity on an account pending completion of verification checks. Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. oz366 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

oz366 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank Transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank

All payment method accounts must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your oz366 account. Deposits made from a payment method registered in a third party's name will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by oz366, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your oz366 wallet within thirty (30) seconds of a successful transaction. oz366 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

oz366 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or mobile banking system maintenance windows. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within thirty (30) minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.

oz366 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bets, and payouts on oz366 are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to BDT accounts. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used throughout the platform for all amounts.

Anti-Money Laundering

oz366 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We monitor transactions for suspicious activity and are required to report unusual patterns to relevant authorities where legally mandated. Any attempt to use oz366 as a vehicle for money laundering will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

General Bonus Terms

From time to time, oz366 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, which supplement and in case of conflict take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.

By claiming a bonus or participating in a promotion, you agree to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and withdrawal conditions associated with that offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager a bonus amount — or the combined bonus and deposit amount — before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated in the offer terms. The following general rules apply to all oz366 bonuses unless an individual offer states otherwise:

• Only bets placed with real-money funds count toward meeting the wagering requirement unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bets that are voided, cancelled, or drawn without settlement do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Certain game categories (as specified in individual offer terms) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Minimum bet amounts may apply when using bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed specified maximum bonus bet amounts is a breach of these terms and may result in winnings being voided.

Bonus Abuse

oz366 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; coordinating with other players to hedge bonus bets; using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; and exploiting technical errors that allow bonuses to be claimed in unintended ways. Where bonus abuse is detected, oz366 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn in connection with the abuse.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Permitted Use

oz366 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The platform and all content thereon — including software, graphics, game assets, text, and trademarks — remain the exclusive intellectual property of oz366 or its licensors.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oz366 platform:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account per person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access account functions, or scrape platform data.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on any sports market.
• Attempting to launder money or use oz366 for any other illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating another person, oz366 staff, or any other entity.
• Using the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair oz366's infrastructure.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any oz366 software.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, oz366 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: temporarily or permanently suspend the account; void all pending and settled bets associated with the prohibited activity; forfeit all bonus funds and winnings in the account; recover any amounts previously withdrawn that were derived from prohibited activity; and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by oz366

oz366 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected problem gambling; or regulatory requirements. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, oz366 will notify the player by email within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your oz366 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification checks. Account closure requests are typically processed within three (3) business days.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from oz366 for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six (6) months directly through your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be fully suspended — you will not be able to log in, deposit, bet, or receive promotional communications. Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. oz366 will notify you by email thirty (30) days before applying the dormant account policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳50 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in. Reactivation is subject to re-completion of KYC verification.

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

oz366 endeavours to make its platform available on a continuous basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. oz366 shall not be liable for any losses — including loss of anticipated winnings — resulting from platform downtime.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oz366's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall oz366 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Accuracy of Information

oz366 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, scores, statistics, and game results displayed on the platform are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is free from errors. In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, misquoted settlement prices, or technical glitches that result in an obviously incorrect outcome — oz366 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
